We accept Euros, British Pounds Sterling and US Dollars. The default currency for this site is Euros and therefore your final receipt will be shown in Euros. The indicative favorable currency values shown on this website are updated once a day GMT from central bank and financial institution sources internationally. The conversion uses a single price value, the mid-price between buy and sell side in the interbank market for the currency in question.

Delivery to European countries/EU
If your item is in stock, delivery will be 2-5 days from your cleared payment. If you require your item before this time-frame, there may be a small extra charge: therefore please contact us before you place your order. Due to high demand, if your product(s) is/are not in stock, we endeavour to send your item within approximately 3 weeks. Please contact us if you require your item before this timeframe. We will keep you informed of delivery times once payment is processed.
Delivery to the Rest of the World
Please be advised packages received from the D&H website outside of the EU zone may be subject to local customs duty/VAT charges. The rate charged varies, dependent on country. Please be advised that payment due on goods received is the sole responsibility of the addressee/individual receiving the goods. Please contact us for delivery times for the rest of the world.
Payment with Collection of Products-Belgium
Customers in Belgium may choose to collect their item(s) from our office. You may also wish to pay for your item(s) when you pick up your item(s). This is a complimentary service. Value Added Tax/ BTW
We are a non-registered business for VAT, under business number BE 0506909033
Payments are processed via internationally secured payment gateway PAYPAL. Via paypal, you can make purchases via any credit/debit card and, you do not need to have a Paypal account. You may also choose to pay via bank transfer or in person at our office in Ghent, Belgium.
All items reserved/ordered by trade clients (both bespoke and sold on as ‘as is’ basis) are liable to a payment of 50-100% to secure items (of the total order) before collection/shipment.
In the event the trade client of D&H wishes to cancel the reservation/order after the processed payment to secure the item(s), an administrative fee of 20% of the total value of the goods ordered/reserved will be charged to the total amount refunded to the trade client by D&H. This charge is to cover our high storage charges & materials. Storage charges apply to storage up to 6 weeks. Storage of the client’s purchases over 6 weeks will be liable to increased storage charges as agreed with D&H.
RETURNS OF BESPOKE ITEMS
All items reserved/ordered by trade clients cannot be refunded with the paid monetary value. This covers all D&H items: metal products, lighting, antiques.
All products leaving our offices are checked & inspected before shipping for faults and defects. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund for your unused item within 14 days of receipt (please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item). Items must be returned to us in their original packaging. All returns must be agreed in advance with D&H. You will be advised where to send your parcel (Belgium). Contact details are shown on our “Contact” page. We regret that the delivery costs incurred in returning any items to D&H will not be refunded, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods. We regret that we cannot accept the return of any item(s) that has been used or damaged or is no longer in its original packaging. Please use a traceable method when returning your item as we cannot accept liability if something is lost in transit and fails to reach us. Payment will be refunded to the customer on receipt of the item.
Incorrect, Broken or Faulty Items
All products leaving our offices are checked before shipping for faults and defects. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is broken or defective, we will be pleased to replace this item free of charge. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the breakage(s) in it’s original package(s). All returns must be agreed upon in advance within 3 days of receipt. Contact details are shown on our “Contact” page. If we require the item to be returned to us we will refund the cost of postage. Unless we receive information within 3 days, you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
We work with a number of manufacturers in the UK. Therefore, should you damage your D&H item, please contact us (details shown on contact page) and we will assist you with any repairs required for a small charge. This offer applies to D&H products of any age.
Personalised and Bespoke Items
If you place an order for an item that is to be personalised by D&H, we regret you cannot cancel the order once payment has been received. We are also unable to accept returns of personalised or bespoke items.
